April 17 -  Santa Cruz Mountains Winegrowers Association Passport - Join us at the tasting room from 11:00 - 5:00! Music and art by Ben Davis, Jr.. For more information on Passport, please go to www.scmwa.com.

May 15 - Third Saturday at Surf City Vintners - Futures - regular hours at all Surf City Vintners locations. Try as-yet-unbottled futures for special early deals at Sones and each of the other tasting rooms on the Westside in Santa Cruz.

May 1 - Downtown Los Gatos Wine Walk - 3:00-6:00 PM.  Sip, savor and shop your way through Santa Cruz Avenue and Main Street. Look for the blue balloons outside of each participating merchant. Each merchant will have an "open house" atmosphere for you to sip on a Santa Cruz Mountains wine, savor appetizers from a Los Gatos restaurant and shop. Tickets from the Los Gatos Chamber of Commerce.

May 22 - Dare to Pair first annual food and wine pairing competition. Noon - 4:00. Benefits Cabrillo College Culinary Arts Program. Cabrillo's Culinary Arts students will be teamed with each of the Surf City Vintners to create the most delectable food and wine pairing they can. Ticket holders taste the pairings at each winery then judge who should be declared the winner! $50/ticket, includes 12 small plates and 12 paired wines. Tickets can be purchased at www.pinoaltorestaurant.org. There are only 150 tickets available, and we expect them to sell out early!

May 23 - Wine Express at Roaring Camp -Join Sones Cellars and the other Santa Cruz Mountains Winegrowers Association members at this fun afternoon of wine tasting and train riding. For more information on this event, please go to www.scmwa.com.

June 5 & 6 - Vintner's Festival (West Side) - at Sones Cellars. Details to follow.

June 12 & 13 Vintner's Festival (East Side) - Continue the fun of Vintner's Festival on the Santa Clara Valley side of the mountains.  Sones Cellars tasting room will be open, but we're not anticipating taking part in pourings on the "other side of the hill" this year.

June 19 -Third Saturday at Surf City Vintners - Dad Tastes Free/Father's Day Gifts
